📍 Please note that when you fill out the speaker registration form (prior to getting onto the speaker hub) this process does not equal getting your ticket. Read on to learn how to claim your ticket and speaker badge, which are required for entrance to the summit.

To claim your badge (onsite)

• Doors open to TechBBQ at 9:00 AM on both days, but Speaker/Priority tickets can arrive from 8:30 am.
• Please check in/claim your badge for the event well before your session starts. We advise showing up to TechBBQ at least 1 hour before your session.
• If you're going to be delayed due to the queue, please find a volunteer who can get you in quickly.
• Speakers will share a separate "priority" check-in queue, next to the regular check-in section.
• You will claim your badge using the QR code in the Brella app.
• We do not re-print badges, so please do not lose them.
